Who this is for tagline.
Team leads may find this guide instructive in maintaining an accessibility-first mindset throughout their project lifecycles. Individual contributors will also gain from that benefit, but will also find deep, practical guidance and materials to inform how to fold accessibility into their day-to-day work.
We have written this to define how Coforma builds inclusive products, as well as for any organization, both private and public sector, that is interested in supporting accessibility beyond the checklist and cares about delivering exceptional user experiences to everyone. At Coforma, accessibility is one of our company’s core values, and our playbook begins with that assumption.
How to navigate tagline.
The plays are broken down into three main sections. The first describes how to build the foundations and necessary skills as an organization and an individual in order to do the work. The second section lays out how product teams can adapt their processes to become more intentional with their accessibility support. The final section provides techniques to scaling accessibility throughout the organization and beyond.
Assessing relevance tagline.
None of the plays are exclusive to any functional area of a project. Each play will have something relevant to design, engineering, project management, and more. The plays also include indicators that describe if you are carrying out the play correctly, or if you are trying but might be coming up a little short.

Building accessible products for all means fostering a culture of inclusivity. That culture of inclusivity is healthiest when everyone has a role to play in ensuring that accessibility needs are considered and met every step of the way.

Disability is a broad concept that goes beyond medical diagnoses. Thinking of disability in a singular sense can inadvertently lead to a narrowed understanding of someone’s experience with disabilities.
